We believe making ongoing employment possible enriches the lives of the passengers we drive. After seeing people with developmental disabilities obtain great jobs only to be disappointed because they have no way to get there, we decided to level the playing field. Thus, Equal Access Transportation was born! We bought a small fleet, obtained our training, licensing, and insurance, and now we are here for you. Our priority is getting people with developmental disabilities to work. We are also available to take people to day programs and events happening around the area. Currently, we work together with local boards of developmental disabilities to ensure that our services are available through waivers or local funding with no cost to the passenger whenever possible.

More recently, we were made aware of a need to get people to doctor’s appointments or other procedures that are necessary for good health. We are currently working on our licensing and training so that we may expand our services to include taking people for medical appointments as well. Stay tuned!
