Erin Forson
Erin always knew she would live her life in service to others. Erin started out as an educator, before marrying Terry and joining a family that included children with developmental disabilities. It didn’t take long for her to pivot to a career supporting people with developmental disabilities. After seeing too many people get jobs but have no transportation options, she decided to find a solution—and with the help of her husband, Terry, Equal Access Transportation was born. When Erin’s not exploring new ways to grow Equal Access Transportation, she enjoys playing with her two Jack Russell terriers, chatting it up with her children, or watching YouTube with her husband. If she gets any free (alone) time, she also enjoys writing and scrapbooking.

Terry Forson
Terry is the guy at every party who has never met a stranger. He can sit down and connect with anyone on any topic (it seems) and has a wheezy laugh that fills a room and causes others around him to smile. With a background as a Locomotive Engineer, Terry is a self-proclaimed “gearhead” who loves cars and enjoys a good joke. He is no stranger to navigating the world of developmental disabilities, having parented two children with both medical and intellectual disabilities. Equal Access Transportation is his avenue to give back in memory of his son. When not driving a train or a car, you can find Terry kicked back in his recliner laughing and forwarding TikTok videos or enjoying a meal with his family.

Jamie Large
Jamie has been working to support people with developmental disabilities for more than a decade. She has a family member with a disability, has worked as a direct support professional, an assistant director for a day program, and a manager for a home healthcare company. Jamie came on board with Equal Access Transportation because she believes in our mission; bring transportation to others, bring kindness, and bring an opportunity for employees to give back while also having time with their loved ones. When Jamie isn’t driving you to work, she really enjoys reading, hiking, or fishing with her family. Some of her favorite things are the sun & moon, gemstones, her children, and her puppies and cats!

Barb Honeycutt
Barb decided to join Equal Access Transportation because she enjoys meeting and talking to new people and helping other reach their personal goals—especially getting to work! She’s been with the company since the early months of opening, and she loves the job. In fact, she doesn’t see it as work, but as having fun! She is no stranger to supporting people with disabilities, including members of her family. When Barb is not driving, she loves to go camping, splash around in her hot tub, and travel to music concerts. Her laugh is infectious and she always says, “you have to be a little silly to live in this world today.”
Sherry Neibarger
Sherry comes to Equal Access Transportation with a background in manufacturing and transportation. She is very conscientious in her work—caring about the safety of her passengers and always trying to be sure they are comfortable and on time. She will go the extra mile to help a colleague, because she understands the meaning of the word team! A huge Ohio State fan, Sherry spends her free time hanging out with her daughter and settling in with her cat to enjoy the game. We appreciate the management experience and logistics expertise she brings, and our passengers appreciate her dedication and punctuality.

Chris Hoehn
Chris is no stranger to public service. After 44 years of service as a teacher, counselor, coach, truancy officer, and transportation provider, Chris decided to join Equal Access Transportation and contribute to our mission to help people without transportation have more access to their community and to the employment. When he’s not behind the wheel, you can find Chris spending time with his wife, walking his dog, riding his bike, golfing and enjoying occasional travel. He has passed on his love of education to his daughter, who now works as a teacher in a neighboring Ohio school district.
