Our Approach

We are a team of people who have experience supporting with people who have developmental disabilities through our previous work and our families. We like people and we want to spread kindness and goodwill! Our vehicles are owned by the company, not by drivers, and commercially insured. We keep them well-maintained and we never subcontract. Our drivers receive CPR/First Adi training, Direct Support Professional Training, and Defensive Driving Training. All employees have complete background checks and passengers with developmental disabilities never ride with a stranger. We understand the importance of remaining properly trained and certified, and the reporting requirements mandated by the State of Ohio.
